Individuals physically present in California whose communications were monitored and/or recorded by AMN Healthcare without consent.
Where to claim
File at www.amncipasettlement.com, the site run by the administrator the court appointed. That is the only place a claim counts, it is free, and nobody should ever charge you to file one.
