Who was covered

The settlement benefits a nationwide Class of consumers who were notified by CaptureRx that they were affected by the February 2021 data breach. The settlement also includes a California Subclass of the same consumers who were California residents when CaptureRx notified them about the data breach.

Where to claim

The administrator’s site is RXDataIncident.com. The window is closed, so it is there for the record, not to file.

Being in the breach is not the same as being in the class. Class membership usually turns on having received the company’s own notice letter, and only the settlement administrator can confirm it. We are not lawyers, we take no fee from any claim, and we never file on anyone’s behalf.
