Who was covered
Settlement Class Members include all current and former employees of CareCentrix whose personal information was compromised in the phishing scam data breach announced in March 2016. The settlement administrator has sent notices of settlement to known Class Members. Persons who did not receive this notice but believe they qualify as Class Members can contact the settlement administrator to confirm.
