Who was covered
The settlement Class covers all persons to whom Lime Crime sent an incident notice in February 2015, alerting them to the data breach. Persons who are not sure if they qualify as Class Members are encouraged to contact the settlement administrator or class counsel to confirm.
Where to claim
The administrator’s site is www.LCSettlement.com. The window is closed, so it is there for the record, not to file.

Being in the breach is not the same as being in the class. Class membership usually turns on having received the company’s own notice letter, and only the settlement administrator can confirm it. We are not lawyers, we take no fee from any claim, and we never file on anyone’s behalf.
